Free Returns & Exchange
We offer a credit refund or exchange for unsatisfied purchase. Kindly note that the product must be unused, not damaged and kept in the original packaging to qualify. Purchases can be mailed back to us by mail (shipping cost borne by customer) or in person.
Please send an email to kapel.official@gmail.com with the following information:
- Order Reference Number
- Reason for return/exchange
We will process the return/refund and contact you back. We apologise for the unpleasant experience and please let us know if you have any improvement points to suggest.
Damaged Items
When your order arrives, please inspect the product for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear. However, if your purchase is damaged during shipment, please send an email to kapel.official@gmail.com with the following information:
- Order Reference Number
- Details of damage
To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection. We will process the request and contact you back. We apologise for the unpleasant experience and please let us know if you have any improvement points to suggest.
